The whole process from start to finish was very stressful and at times frustrating, especially as a first time home owner. Had to delay the closing date twice, but that was due to delays with the lender we had chosen. However, Tram Nguyen (loan officer) and Luke Tran (loan processor) were very helpful and their constant communication with me was great. They were always very quick to reply whenever I had any questions or concerns. They were both dedicated to making sure that I would get the loan approved. Especially, when we were getting close to the closing date, they made sure to constantly contact the lender/underwriter so that everything can be processed quickly. Overall, they were great and I finally was able to close on the house today!
